稀土瓷砂

稀土瓷砂濾料潘加了稀土改性劑，采用科學(xué)配方，經(jīng)專門成形和高溫?zé)贫桑c傳統(tǒng)的石英砂和無煙煤濾料相比，

具有以下優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

1、球形表面，空隙率大，濾速一般為15~20m獅，床層水頭損失小，可以降低濾池高度，節(jié)省電耗和基建費(fèi)用；

2、顆粒均勻規(guī)整，易清洗，反沖洗強(qiáng)度一般為12~20/rrfS反沖洗的耗水量可減少30~50%；

3、孔容大，比表面積大，截污量大，一般為9~10 kg/m',是石英砂濾料的12N15倍，

4、強(qiáng)度高，磨耗小，不會(huì)破損，使用壽命可達(dá)15年以上；

5、耐腐蝕，不流失、無污染，無溶出有害物，保證水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定。

稀土瓷砂濾料廣泛用于濾池，機(jī)械過濾器中做過濾介質(zhì)，有效處理各種進(jìn)水和污水，還可用于煙氣除塵器中做濾料，

過濾除去各種工業(yè)粉塵和鍋爐煙塵。

Ceramic sand filters are doped with rare earth element and processed by mix,shaping and sintering.Compared with traditional sands and coal filter material,ceramic sand filters have great advantages as follows:

1、Shaped in sphere,the ceramic filtier sand has a high void space,normally,its filtering velocity is 15-20 m3/h,less loss water-head,and suitable to reduce the height of filter bed and cut down the electric power and constructional expenses;

2、Uniform and regular in particle size,make it easy to be cleaned,the back-flus strength is 12-20 l/m2.s;It can save the back-flush water more than 30-50%;

3、High surface area,large poer volume,the ceramic sand filter is of great amount of pollutant entrapment,up to 9-10Kg/m3,about 1.2 to 1.5 times that quartz sand filter of 7.8-9Kg/m3;

4、Great mechanical strength,less abrasion loss,and never be damaged,the ceramic sand filters can serve for a long life moer than 15 years,is the 5 times or longer than that of quartz sand filters;

5、Corrosion resistant,no run-off and no harmful substance dissolved out,the ceramis sand filters can ensure the treated water in consistent quality without any secondary pollution may c aused by the filter as quartz sand or coal filters itself.
