sw活性瓷球是我公司與中科院大連化物所共同研制開(kāi)發(fā)的種新型的催化劑支撐覆蓋填料。它是以多孔氧化鋁瓷球?yàn)檩d體，附載適量加氫活性組份制成。它既具有惰性瓷球的耐高溫、高壓和高機(jī)械強(qiáng)度的特性，起過(guò)濾、分散汽液覆蓋、支撐催化劑的作用，又具有定的加氫活性，在餾分油的加氫精制、加氫裂化、重整預(yù)加氫和苯加等加氫反應(yīng)器內(nèi)催化劑床層頂部裝填活性瓷球，可使二次加工原料油中的烯烴得到初步加氫，從而減少催化劑結(jié)焦i在催化劑床層底部裝填活性瓷球，可脫除某些反應(yīng)過(guò)程產(chǎn)生的硫醇等。使用sw活性瓷球，不僅可有效地提高反應(yīng)器的空間利用率，而且在定程度上具有保護(hù)催化劑不被中毒和燒結(jié)的作用，從而延長(zhǎng)催化劑的使用壽命。

該產(chǎn)品獲得十屆全國(guó)發(fā)明博覽會(huì)金獎(jiǎng)。

SW Activated ceramic ball is a new support material for catalyst it is processed by adding a small amount of transition metal oxide into the intert ceramic ball.it preserve the property of high-temperature resistance and strength of the inert ceramic ball,in adition it hasadequate catalytic activity when used in the process of olenfin htdrogenation.if been set on the top of catalyst bed in the reactor the activated ceramic ball can make the olefin In the secondary processing fraction pre-hydrogenated and,keep the catalyst from cokings.Similarly,If been set on the bottom,it can remove tne thio-alcohol causea m the raaction process

On the whole,using the SW activated ceramic balIl can not only SaVe the Space in reactor.but also protect the catayst from poisoning or sintering and.consequently prolong tne service life of catalyst
